Remember to save your stuff you want to keep to a portable hd or similar, as a reformat will erase everything. Remove all those cards from your computer and then reformat your pc (im guessing you have a pc?). And sorry if my suggestion sounds condescending if you are a techie that knows this stuff already. If you havent done this before take care and find a friend whos pc savvy to help. This is what i usually do to find the answers. Ive had similar problems, dodgy plugins for one, and another time a TI firewire card, a bad brand of hd (thats you, samsung) and then a usb interface. Or maybe even your audio interface is faulty.
